Our mission

CreatiUM is a legal clinic that provides legal information services in intellectual property law to entrepreneurs, companies, innovators and creators of the Montreal community.

Administered by the Faculty of Law of the University of Montreal, CreatiUM pursues two objectives:

• to allow law students of the University of Montreal to increase their knowledge and develop practical skills in intellectual property law for their professional careers; and
• to educate and sensitize the public on the importance to protect and value their creations by providing free legal information services and making available information content in intellectual property law.
